This page explains how DEVVIZION (“we”) handle information when you use Inbox Autopilot and the ai.devvizion.com website.
DEVVIZION is a product and software studio. Inbox Autopilot is a DEVVIZION AI product. Enquiries are handled via devvizion.com and hello@devvizion.com.
We do not sell your email content. Access can be revoked at any time via your provider’s security settings (and by asking us to disconnect a setup we host for you).
To deliver the organisation service you request, to support and improve that service, and to respond to enquiries. Legal bases typically include contract (providing the service) and legitimate interests (security, support), or consent where required.
Infrastructure providers needed to run automation (e.g. hosting, workflow runners) under contract. Email providers (Google, Microsoft, your host) process data under their terms when you connect an account. We do not sell personal data.
Configuration and logs are kept only as long as needed for the engagement and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymised on request when no longer required.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact hello@devvizion.com to exercise these rights.
The marketing site may use basic server logs (IP, user agent, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers on this page by default.
